Mr. James Tosoff
Mr. Tosoff holds a certified 4th Degree Black Belt and is the founder of Westcoast Taekwon-Do which was inaugurated Jan 4th 1993. Mr. Tosoff also holds Black Belts in Chinese based martial arts systems as well as Filipino martial arts. Mr. Tosoff was a nationally ranked competitor and holds an undergraduate degree with the University of Victoria. Mr. Tosoff was a major contributor to the International Taekwon-Do Federation – Master’s Class Instructional DVD, with over 15 years of teaching experience and has networked with the finest martial arts schools in North America. |
